Floor Plan Sketching
When we are on location, we take out our paper sketchbook, pencil, eraser, and laser measuring device to meticulously document every detail of the property with precision. This includes dimensions, windows, doors, kitchen countertops, showers, and a variety of other elements.
Site Plan Capturing
After finishing our floor plan drawing, we go outdoors and launch our drone to take a precise photograph of your property site.
Digital Editing
Once the photoshoot is finished and all the essential information has been collected, we return to the office to begin our creative process of converting the floor plan sketch and site plan image into the digital floor plan and site plan design you envisioned.
The Finishing
Touches
After Elite Media Solutions finishes your digital floor plan and site plan, we will position them onto your preferred custom border, allowing your real estate agency to incorporate that unique business branding.
